<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTIONS:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Customer Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Technical Assistance: Help customers resolve technical issues with products.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate to higher-level support when necessary.</li>
<li>Customer Training: Educate customers on how to use products effectively.</li>
<li>Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Besides, collect bad reviews from customers.</li>
<li>Generate reports: Reports and Statistics on the number of causes and payment rates weekly, monthly, quarterly) provided to QC department.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Customer Intelligent</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle issues, build relationships and SWAT.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Customer Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with products or services.</li>
<li>Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.</li>
<li>Proactive Support: Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.</li>
<li>Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn (if any).</li>
</ul>

<li>Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.</li>

<p><strong>REQUIRES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance</li>
<li>Having work experience in an E-commerce platform is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Sheet, Excel and customer service software.</li>
<li>Good written English and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Having communication skills, problem solving and good time management</li>
<li>Have thinking about Data Driven and Data Analyzes. Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives and provide insights, solutions to improve quality for the products.</li>

<p>&#8211; Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, including keyword research, photo enhancements, and listing accuracy.</p>
<p>&#8211; Analyze competitive SKUs and implement strategies to leverage competitive insights into our listings.</p>
<p>&#8211; Develop marketing and advertising strategies on Amazon, such as using Amazon Ads (PPC).</p>
<p>&#8211; Resolve any listing suppressions or restrictions swiftly to maintain listing integrity.</p>
<p>&#8211; Monitor and manage inventory on Amazon, including managing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) warehouses.</p>
<p>&#8211; Coordinate and work with orther departments ( Supply Chain, R&amp;D,&#8230;) for smooth running of sales operation.</p>

<li>Functional understanding of supply chain, finance &amp; accounting, sales cycles, retail marketing, and category management.</li>
<li>Strong command of English, both written and verbal.</li>
</ul>
