<p><strong>1. Customer Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Technical Assistance: Help customers resolve technical issues with products.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate to higher-level support when necessary.</li>
<li>Customer Training: Educate customers on how to use products effectively.</li>
<li>Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Besides, collect bad reviews from customers.</li>
<li>Generate reports: Reports and Statistics on the number of causes and payment rates weekly, monthly, quarterly) provided to QC department.</li>

<p><strong>2. Customer Intelligent</strong></p>

<li>Handle issues, build relationships and SWAT.</li>

<p><strong>3. Customer Experience</strong></p>

<li>Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in getting started with products or services.</li>

Hai mô hình kinh doanh phổ biến: <strong>Doanh nghiệp với Doanh nghiệp (B2B)</strong> là mô tả việc bán hàng hóa và dịch vụ để doanh nghiệp sử dụng (chẳng hạn như trong sản xuất) và <strong>Doanh nghiệp với Người tiêu dùng (B2C)</strong> là mô tả việc bán hàng hóa và dịch vụ để người tiêu dùng sử dụng (mua sắm trực tuyến).</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Thương mại điện tử diễn ra ở đâu? Diễn ra như thế nào?</strong></h2>
<p>Mua sắm trực tuyến phát triển và thay đổi mỗi ngày. Mọi người mua sắm, điện thoại, máy tính bảng và các thiết bị khác. Người tiêu dùng thường tìm kiếm trên các trang webs, truy cập các trang mạng truyền thông xã hội, tham gia vào các kênh ảo đang phát triển mạnh mẽ . Dưới đây là 3 phương thức vận hành thương mại điện tử hiện nay:</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">1. Thương mại di động (M-commerce)</h3>
<p>Các giao dịch trực tuyến thực hiện trên thiết bị di động được gọi là “”thương mại di động”” hoặc “”m-comerce””. Với các thiết bị di động cầm tay của người tiêu dùng trên toàn thế giới, không có gì ngạc nhiên khi thương mại di động dự kiến sẽ vượt qua thương mại không di động vào năm 2021.<br />
Hiện nay, nhiều người thực hiện nghiên cứu sản phẩm và mua hàng trực tuyến qua điện thoại cá nhân của họ. Xu hướng này không có dấu hiệu chậm lại, vì vậy điều cần thiết là tối ưu hóa cửa hàng trực tuyến trên thiết bị di động.</p>

<p>Thương mại điện tử doanh nghiệp là việc mua bán sản phẩm cho các công ty hoặc tổ chức lớn. <p>&#8211; Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, including keyword research, photo enhancements, and listing accuracy.</p>
<p>&#8211; Analyze competitive SKUs and implement strategies to leverage competitive insights into our listings.</p>
<p>&#8211; Develop marketing and advertising strategies on Amazon, such as using Amazon Ads (PPC).</p>
<p>&#8211; Resolve any listing suppressions or restrictions swiftly to maintain listing integrity.</p>
<p>&#8211; Monitor and manage inventory on Amazon, including managing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) warehouses.</p>
