Amazon E-commerce Specialist (PPC)

1. Marketplace operations – Run daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. Keep account health “Healthy” and resolve suppressed or broken listings within 48 hours. Work with our Media team to optimize listings and coordinate new product launches.
2. Advertising (PPC) – Plan, launch and optimize Amazon and Walmart PPC campaigns. Do keyword research and manage spend against approved ACOS / TACOS targets.
3. Sales planning – Build monthly sales plans and forecasts. Manage pricing and promotions (coupons, deals, Prime Day, BFCM proposals).
4. Inventory – Monitor marketplace inventory and plan replenishment with our Supply Chain team.
5. Analysis & reporting – Analyze sales, customers, competitors and trends. Deliver weekly and monthly reports and propose at least one improvement per quarter.
6. AI & automation – Find repetitive tasks in the team (bid checks, campaign checks, forecasts, reports) and use AI tools to cut the time they take by 20% or more.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, QC and Media, and report to the E-commerce Leader.

Your first 6 weeks

You will not be thrown in alone. Your leader will guide you through our accounts, products and reporting templates. By the end of week 6, we expect that you:

• Run daily Amazon and Walmart operations on your own and resolve listing issues and cases within 48 hours.
• Manage the campaigns assigned to you and keep ACOS within target for the last 2 weeks.
• Deliver weekly reports on time, in our template, with correct numbers (from week 4).
• Build a 1-month sales plan and forecast for your product group.

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, E-commerce, IT or related fields).
• At least 1 year hands-on with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center.
• English: TOEIC 550+ or equivalent (IELTS, APTIS…) – you will work with Seller Support in English.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable with numbers: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR.

Nice to have

• Amazon PPC experience.
• Helium 10 or similar tools.
• Experience with sales planning, forecasting, US/CA market or the Home & Living category.
• You already use AI tools in your daily work.

• Salary VND 15–20M gross/month, based on experience.
• Year-end bonus.

• Clear growth path: Senior Specialist after 12 months when you manage 2 channels independently and hit revenue KPIs for 3 consecutive quarters.

Life at Bluezon

We are a Vietnamese team selling Vietnamese-made products to customers in the US and Canada. You will work side by side with our Media, Supply Chain, QC and Warehouse teams, so you see the whole journey from product to customer.
